ART/CDR Reporting

CCM 3.1.3a w/ ART installed ,in CCM , CDE & CDRE are both set to TRUE...When I try to pull a report in ART the PDF is blank ....Is there something that I am missing? ...Thanks for any and all help

Under Service Parameters, Cisco CM, set Call Diagnostics Enabled and CdrEnabled to True. Also you may give it sometimes to do the report so check back next day or so - if you set up the report for every 24 hours (default).

One thing that I don't know is do we need to run ART on both Pub and Sub when Sub is Primary ? any idea ?

To All: I installed the Art Support Patch the reports all look good....Thanks for the input
