ART Email Password

Emailing ART reports works just fine, but no one wrote down the password under CDR Analysis > System > System Parameters > Mail Parameters.

This password is required by the email server.

The password must be stored in CallManager. Where can I find it?

Mail Parameter is a user account of the email server, the admin are not, so you have to create account for the admin

You also try, configuring the mail parameters with the same as use Exchange.
