Anyone having a problem with getting gateways to show up in ART. When I go to the gateway configuration page I get an error saying there are no gateways.
I recently had to rebuid the callmanager from a backup after a failed 3.3 install. Before the rebuild ART was working beautifully. Since the rebuild I can't get any gateways so show up.
Any suggestions.

What version of ART you are using? Guess there are some accounting issues if you use SKinny gateways as described in this document

Sorry for the cut&paste mistake. The correct URL is

Hope it helps!

Unfortunately that doesn't relate to my problem. Everytime I go to the Gateway Configuration I see the following error:
16005 No Gateways Configured for the System
I can't add any either. I many gateways. Some are skinny, while others are either mgcp or h323. None of them show up.

There is this internal bug CSCea74483 which matches your case. This is found in 3.3(2) and fixed in 3.3(3). You should try upgrading and see if it fixes your problem.
Which version of CM you are running anyway?

Thank you. I finally opened a TAC case about it and that is what I was told.

Well, actually I'm not funning 3.3(2). I'm running 3.2(2c) and have had it working before.
