Hi:
We have Cisco Call Manager 3.0.11 infrastructure and we are using ART 1.0.1 for reporting the call usage. It was fine for sometime with no problems. All of a sudden, it started behaving quite abnormal by giving the false reports, in sense its not logging the appropriate usage for some users, even after deleting and recreating the user. Could somebody please advise as such what might went wrong all of a sudden?

Try upgrading to art_sp_1-1-1_spA.exe (Service pack 1.1.1) and see if that helps.

Also check if 1,000,000+ CDR's is a problem with your version combinations.
