ART install error code 10011

After installing ART and logging in with user/password of admin/admin, when I try to enter a user for admin rights I get an error code 10011. I've reinstalled this 2 times and still same problem. Running ART 1.1.1 and CM 3.2. Any ideas?

It sounds like admin/admin may not be a true administrator account. Have you checked admin rights on this account? If so, call Cisco and see what they suggest.

Hi Manish

I have the same problem, on bug toolkit there is nothing with 10011 error. Do you solve the problem?
