ART Phone and User Association

I have a user who had 4 phones assigned to him in Callmanager. I removed two of the phones and assigned them to another user. I also purged the ART database & the CDR database. However the phones still show up as the previous user. Does any one know how to fix this?

It sounds like you did everything correctly. You might want to get with Cisco and see if it could be something with the callmanager.

I may have stumbled onto something...

I have two phones number 8566 and 8567 that this is about.

I setup Two user Conf1 and Conf2

Con2 already has phone 8566 associated and set as the primary number

I set Conf1 to have Both phones with no primary number

8566 Calls were associated to Conf2 8567 calls were still associated to myself.

So today I set Conf1 to only have 8567 and made it the primary number.

The only other thing I have not done is reset the ART services, and possibly reset the 8567 phone...

I changed all the data in the SQl database to reflect what I want(im getting good with the SQL analyzer tool), and I will see tonight if calls from 8567 goto Conf1...

Perhaps it keys off of the primary ext or some other field...

Yes that did fix my problem.
