ART problem

I have two groups of user define on my call manager. One group used extension mobility and the other one is defined as an ordinary user with one IPPhone unit assign on every user. My problem is when I generate a report on the user that used extension mobility I did not get any report but when I generate a report from the ordinary user I get all the report I need. Is there a way to solve this problem. I will greatful if you can help me with this problem.
