Anyone know why call Manager would stop collecting CDR's after installing ICD 3.0.2 software?
This is at a client where I installed ICD 3.0.2 on a new server. The client already had 2 callmanagers upgraded to 3.2.2c spF. I had to restart the call managers after I installed ICD software so that call managers start showing the ICD extensions. From that time on, it seems like the call managers have stopped collecting CDR's.

Did you check up the Callmanager service parameters "CDREnabled" and "CallDiagnosticsEnabled" flags if they are set to true for all the servers in the cluster? If not set, then the above problem might occur. Please set the same.
