ART question

Hi,

I want to ask about the ART item. Some ip phone has one-way transmission during the external call. I search the ART record. I find the info has many packet loss. It is About 200-700 packet loss at the info. I also find that packet loss field is negative value. What is the mean?? And How the ART to detect the packet loss Between the Two Device ????

The negative packets may be a result of CSCdu65282, are you making the call through an H.323 gateway? What version of IOS?

At the conclusion of a call, the IP Phones will upload some statistics about the call to the CallManager. These are called CMR's, and is turned on by enabling the "Call Diagnostics Enabled" service paramater. These records are stored in the CallDetailRecordDiagnostic table in the CDR database, and ART will use them when doing its reports.

My gateway is set to MGCP configuration. The IOS version is 12.2.11(T8).

DO you have any idea about the Gateway problem.

beacuse my gateway is connected to PRI T1 and the Version is different to Bug version. I don't know it's the bug of the IOS version.
