ART Reporting Problem

I recently installed art on the Publisher and every time I run a report, I get no data.

Could someone tell me what I am missing?

You probably neglected to turn on reporting.

Go to Service Parameters and make sure that:

CdrEnabled

CallDiagnosticsEnabled

(my spelling there may be slightly off) are both set to True.

Then you will have to wait until ART has collected data from the CDR database according to the CDR Load Schedule configured in ART. That means wait at least a day and check again.

Now after waiting a day it works....
