I have a CM3.1(2c) with ART installed. ART was working just fine but after a month or so of ART's installation, it does not display records. When I try to generate a new call report for any user ("Individual Bill" inside ART), it tells me that data is only available until March 10 and not after. However, if I search the CDR records inside ART, I can see all the call records, even the latest ones.
Just checking that you have made sure that the Call Diagnostics Enabled and the CDREnabled are both set to true in the Call Manager. Also make sure in ART (or CAR) that you have not disabled the CDR purge or the ART purge. Any changes to the ART settings will not take effect until midnight unless you stop and start the service.
