AS5300 ISDN to Lucent Excel Switch

I am using DMS100 on the AS5300 and Lucent Excel Switch. For some apparent reason I am getting bearer capability errors on the debug q931. I put incoming-voice modem command on the D channel. Now the phone call goes all the way through from dms100 to my as5300 then to the far end of my as5300, but I am not getting a ring back tone or voice on the circuit. The physical phone that I am calling rings. Am I missing a parameter on my AS5300?

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
