the other side can hear me but i can not hear anything at all.

trying to see what we can configure on the other side to send a stronger signal.

I have had problems with ip addresses in the dial peers where one side is sending the RTP stream to the wrong port. check all the Voip Dial-Peers destanation patterns

i will check the codec settings on the Voip dial peers. Also check the byte sizes if both ends are using the same codec type. I found that to be the most common source of the problem. a sniffer will be very helpful in this case.
