i am confused about ASAP Architecture, the confusion is about IVR should i need a separate server for IVR service or Universal gateway can provide the fascility of IVR. Secondly if i use AS5300 as voice gateway , what will be the solution of IVR in this case i mean either a separate server or as53000 software will provide this fascility , if software will provide this fascility then which software version i should use for this purpose
Secondly if i use a separate server for IVR then what software will be required for this service to be installed on this server. Is this software is from cisco or third party, if it is third party then kindly recomend someone.
