ASR subsystems menu not available

I am building an ASR/Nuance lab with CCM 4.1(3), IPCC express 3.5 and dedicated nuance ASR.

I ran the Cisco provided nuance install on the CRA server but the only things I have in the subsystems menu are the standard Jtapi, ICD & Media. No ASR.

I am thinking of going through the installation again but I am wondering what could prevent the ASR menus from showing.

I did not get any error messages during initial setup.

BTW I am using AD as the directory.

Hi,

I have the same problem.

The only differnce, is that i work with DC directory on my Call Manager.

If you are solve your problem can you explain how??
