Assitants hear the Call Waiting Tone on the people they cover

Our IPT setup includes Assistants that cover our VPs. We have put the VPs line appearances on the Assistants phones, but marked those DNs to no ring, so the Assistant is not bothered with ringing. Although, when the Assistant is on a coversation, and the VP gets an inbound call, the Assistant hears this. Any way to get rid of the tone?

Very annoying problem. Had the same issue and was told the feature set to disable that tone would be available in 3.3 CM code. I can't wait!
