II doubt that you'll find anyone with that architecture as the standard deployment is two 56k circuits termed to a DEMARC. I dont know anyone in North America that deviates from this design.
Check with your AT&T rep to see if this can be done as far as theyre concerned (I know that they have their own AIN CRP requirements). ICM doesnt care how the circuits get to the Network Gateway (aka NIC) as long as network delay is managed within maximum requirements. Although, you might get yourself into a bind since your suggestion would introduce a circuit path that AT&T doesnt have contractual control over. That would certainly raise an interesting troubleshooting scenario. ;-)
