I have a couple of questions about the ATA 186 devices.
We have four labs that need to have an auxillary ringer so that the phone can be heard above the equipment (Machine Trades lab, Auto Body lab, etc.) The ringers are already in place from our previous phone system. I don't know any specifics about the ringers, I will find out.
We are currently running CM 3.0(7) and uOne Messaging. We hope to upgrade to CM 3.1(x) with Unity in the next couple of months. We have a VG200 with a HDV-1T1-24E connected to our PRI.
1) Will the ATA 186's allow me to assign a CallManager DN to the telephone1 and telephone2 port for the aux ringer?
2) Can I use (1) ATA 186 for (2) different aux ringers?
3) Is there a limit to the number of ATA 186's I can have on a CallManager system?
