we have installed new ATAs in remote offices and we use a GK to control different zones, ATa are working with h323 load and configured in GK, ATas are registered, we also use ICT GK controlled to connect our CCMs, is it possible to make a call from ATA to IP Phones? Already we dont get Dialtone.
Please help!!!!

Hi,
Yes, that is possible. A default configuration for local zone does not allow the H.323 terminals to put calls through directly to the destination. All terminals need to place calls through an H.323 proxy. As the Cisco ATA 186 is a terminal, it does not place a call to the default gatekeeper configuration.
