I have integrated the Cisco ATA 186 with TaTa Paradigm EPABX . I can call outside ie international calls however I have a problem calling SIP to SIP ie when a call lands from the an outside user on the EPABX, it get the IVR but on dialing the extension number the call does not get transferred. I have enabled the DISA card on the EPABX. Is any configuration required on the ATA ????
I am testing SIP to SIP on the ATA connected to EPBX at both ends. When a SIP no is dialed frm one ATA thru EPABX at one end , the call lands at the EPBX at the other end but when it gets the IVR tone ( for dialing the extension no's ) even after dialing the ext digit's the call does not get transferred to that ext no. Has any config reqd at the ATA for such type of two way dialing ie first the 8-digits SIP no and then the ext no's ??
