ata 186 ivr not responding

I just upgrade version 1.34 to 2.10 and by html everything is working,but the IVR is not responding to any access code

Did you upgrade to 2.0 first? You must do that!

And did you upgrade the language files?

thank you Sascha ,i had to installed lenguage file,and now is working
