ATA 186 no ringer tone generated while the call connecting

Hello CISCO ATA 186 guru,

We have ATA 186 with h323 firmware loaded working in the voicemaster gatekeeper. The phone is connecting and working pretty fine but only one major issue,

1. while the call is connecting to the called number, there is no ringer tone generated, what will happen once the call reached to the recepient, it then answers automatically.In this instance,the end user wont know exactly if the call is really connecting.
