ATA 186 Will not register

I have an ATA 186 that I have connected to the network to use for fax and modem connectivity in a CallManager 3.3(3)SR2 environment.

I have configured the device in CallManager and have associated an extension for the first port, but the device is not registered. When I look at the details of the ATA via http://ipaddress/dev, the version details indicate that the device has obtained an IP address from the DHCP server, but the image on the unit has not been upgraded to what is defined in the Device Defaults page in CallManager:

ata18x-v2-16-ms-030327b.zup

The TFTP Server address is set in the DHCP scope.

Have I missed any configuration steps?
