ATA and Fax issue

Hi everybody,

I have some issue with ATA and FAX (CCM 3.3.2 , ATA load ata18x-v2-16-ms-030327b-2.zip)

When I send a fax from Fax 1 on ATA 1 to fax 2 on ATA 2 the first half part of the page is printed and the second half is not printed.

The quality is very bad

The issue is the same with a local and a remote fax

The ATA is connected to the network at 10 Mbps Half duplex

Do you have some idea ?

ATA-186 only supports fax pass through, And if you are using Cisco router then it should have a minimum Cisci IOS ver of 12.2.9T. The other only way is to use MGCP.
