ATA License

hello,

i have bought cisco ATA186 and the following license:

(SIP,MGCP OR H.323 LICENSE For 1 port cisco ATA) ( Part # : SW-SMH-UL-ATA-1P)

the problem is : i am delivering those items to my client , and this license is not physical , so is there any thing on cisco reporting this license officially

Hi Dina,

I guess this should be a paper based RTU license.

Check the package and look for a RTU (Right to Use) document.
