Each ATA port registers with Callmanager as a separate phone, so you would need to assign an extension to each phone. The first port has the MAC address of the ATA. The MAC for the second port is derived by dropping the 2 left-most digits of the ATA MAC and adding 01 to the right. Take a look at the ATA admin guide for confirmation.
