ATA186 and DTMF

Hi,

I´m using ATA-186 Boxes for a Gate-Application.

You can phone a internal phone and this phone can open the door.

Also you can open the door with a code.

The supplier for this systems said, it will be done by dtmf.

I tried the lastest version fo the ATA-software but none of the settings will work.

The settings were in audio mode: 0x00050005, 0x00150015 and 0x00250025

The solution is within the LAN, so we have no GW-configs to make.

Any ideas?

I have something similar with alarm panels all on ATAs (all had their GW pointing to a central unit). Below are my key settings using the H323 firmware. It's been a while, so I don't recall all of the bits and what they did. One of them disabled dtmf relay and carried it as voice. Make sure you're using G711

AudioMode: 0x00020002

ConnectMode: 0x00008010

RxCodec: 2

TxCodec: 2
