Did you mean:

ata186 no http server connection

We just got a ATA186, "installed" it (cables, power).

But I can't connect to the http server, I tried like this: http://10.1.1.35/dev it has got the right settings from dhcp... I can ping it...

What I see in my browser is:

Socket Error, Connection refused by Remote Host!

I don't use a proxy-server. The code to factory-reset doesn't work from the voice-menu.

Does anyone know how to restor factory-settings?

Maybe there is a wrong config...

Thanx,

Sascha

Re: ata186 no http server connection

You need the version 2 software, such as ata186-v2-10-0705a-2.zip. The upgrade will be a 2 stage process. Read the docs thoroughly and don't turn the power off prematurely...

Re: ata186 no http server connection

How do I know if the fields UID0 and 1 are filled ?

If they are empty, the MAC address could be lost!

thanx

Re: ata186 no http server connection

Hi,

I had the same problem, I upgraded ATA 186 from ver 1.34 to ver 2.10 and problem disappeared, you have to upgrade it to version 2.10. It comes with ver 1.34, and it does not support web server feature in ver 1.34. you can download ver 2.10 from CCO/software center/voice software. But you do not upgrade directly from ver 1.34 to ver 2.10. You have to upgrade it to a interversion (transition.zup is the upgrade file name and it comes in ver2.10 zip file) then you can upgrade it to the ver2.10.

ERDEM...

Hi,

Yes, it works now!

We don't have a gatekeeper, anyone have experience with the SIP proxy?(can it be installed on the CCM?)

thanx,

Sascha

Re: ata186 no http server connection

I recommend down loading v2.12, which fixes stability problems
