ATA186 upgrade and tftp

I want to use tftp for upgrading my ata186 (from 2.11 to 2.15).

I have done all steps from

http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/788/voip/ata-upgrade.html.

I can watch that the profile and ata186-v2-15-020911b.zup are transferred from tftp-server to ata186. But version 2.11 doesn't change ..... ????

any hints ?

Why don't you try the other method (Exec File procedure) for this specific case. I guess the EXEC file method is manual and the TFTP method is more automated and there is something going wrong in the automated procedure.

Please provide a snippet of your ATA Profile config in regards to the upgradecode parameters:

ie.

upgradecode:3,0x301,0x0400,0x0200,172.18.106.253,69,0x020927a,ata18x-v2-15-020927a.zup

upgradelang:3,0x301,0x0400,0x0200,172.18.106.253,69,0x020927a,ata18x-v2-15-020927a-elang.kup
