This just popped up this afternoon. We are running 4.2(1) and we have a bunch of CTI ports setup to act as system wide speed dials. These numbers are set to forward all to the outside number we have specified. We have these in a speed dial tab for our operators attendant console. Since sometime this afternoon when we attempt to drag and drop transfer these calls, we get and error stating call to an unknown destination. We can still call these by double clicking them in the console or via manual transfer, by pressing the transfer button on the phone, dialing the number, and then hitting transfer again. Has anyone seen anything like this before or know what it may be? Thanks
