Hi, I have a new CCME installation coming up and want to look at my options concerning a receptionist. Typically they want to answer calls see the status of the extensions and put calls through. I have seen an application from a company called Arc http://www.arcsolutions.com/solutionsplus/ I have also seen a note on the cisco web site for an application called cisco unified call connector, however there is very little information. So does anyone have more information, is there another application i can use? any suggestions are welcome.
