attendant console and multiple calls on cisco phone

Can attendant console support the fact that I can take multiple calls on a single line on the cisco phone. If so, how would it be configured??

Yes, but beware. If you use the legacy AC style of hunt group you will have problems. The features of the AC hunt groups that allow you to use AC usernames and line #s as hunt group members are stranded in the old model. Thus, you cannot have AC usernames and line #s in the new LG/HL model which support the busy trigger setting but the old model ignores this. So the answer to your question is yes, but watch your step if you are used to doing certain things. Pls rate if helpful.
