Version 1.1(3) of the Attendant Console seems to be more picky about what it considers a 'Shared Line' We have phones set up with two lines using the same number, but different partitions (Line1, Line2). Even though these are not technically shared lines, the Attendant Console will not function under this setup. The previous version of AC worked fine. Is there a reason for this, or could it be a bug?
Its not a bug. The Attendant Console does not support the configuration of same DN in multiple partitions for the attendant phone. The underlying CTI/JTAPI layer does not know about the different partitions, and so won't work with this. The DN's of the lines used for the AC phones must be unique throughout the system.
