Attendant console and speed dials

This has been asked before but no answer was given. I am running console attendant 1.1(2a) and the user "ac" has all the speed dials set up. Is there a way of exporting/importing to other users. I can't find where these are stored.

Also i do not seem to have the option for sending a caller straight to a subscribers voicemail. What version of Attendant Console has this feature?

I heard that the AC speed dials are usually stored in the DC directory. You may want to check that.

Here is a little script you can run from the command line (dos window) on the call manager:

show -f sd.txt db t SpeedDial

this command is case sinsitive.

this will export your speeddials to the sd.txt file
