Attendant Console and TCD for Queuing

Is the Attendant Console using TCD an effective tool for queuing? In the past TCD has not been stable and I am wondering about the support issues for setting up a system whereby the customer thinks they are getting a stable ACD type application.

CCM 4.1.3 sr3b its estable regarding TCD issues.

You can wait for next SR which will be available soon.
