We are using the IP communicator and Attendant Console together - working great. Here is the problem, the audible alerts..when the operator is on a call the next call in the queue chimes 5 times and the operator can't hear the first call. The only option I see is to turn off the audible alerts. But, unless you are staring at the monitor constantly, this isn't an option. Any ideas? ps changing the wav file doesn't work.
