Attendant console behaviour

I have two Attendant Console users. One has their console pop-up every time she is called. The other doesn't. how can I change the behaviour of one to the other.

Yes you can. Under AC, at the bottom of the screen there should be an icon beside the IP address of the CallManager. When you move your mouse over this, it should say "Active Console on new calls" which you can click to enable/disable. This allows you to enable the SCREEN POP-UP when a new call is placed to this user.
