Attendant Console call queueing

Hi Guys,

I set up the AC call queueing last week. The first incoming call works fine, AC put this call in the queue and plays MOH. But for the second incoming call, there is no music at all. Checked the line/device configuration, in the correct MRGL group.

Also, can't find audio folder under :\program files\cisco\callmanagerattendant directory. Could it be a issue?
