Attendant console, cannot drag and drop an on Hold status call to user.

On attendant console 1.1.3, a call on Hold status at Call control screen able to drag and drop to a directory user but cannot on 1.2.1.

Any idea why it doesn't support on 1.2.1 the on Hold staus call ? design change ?

Sometimes the Hardware specs may be slow,, check your specs as per the data sheet given below. And in case attendant console 1.1.3 was upgraded to 1.2.1, all the client and server should also be upgraded you should also look for this. Then stop and start TCD services.
