ATTENDANT CONSOLE CCM 3.3.3 Need to us different password for AC

We are integrating CM 3.3.3 with AD (Active Directory). The customer has a policy in AD that does not allow trivial passwords (123245) for the AC user. Where can we cange the password on Call Manager so that Attendant Console will run. We have reset the password in the Lab AD Domain and know the configuration works.

1. Login into a CallManager System.

2. Bring up a Command Window

3. CD to “C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant”

4. Execute “notepad etc\ACServer.properties”

5. Locate the JTAPI_PASSWORD= line

6. Execute “bin\acenc.exe

7. It generates an encrypted copy of ""

8. Copy the output and place it after JTAPI_PASSWORD=

9. Save and exit from the notepad.

10. Restart 'Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher' service

11. Repeat steps 2-10 on all CallManagers in the cluster.
