I have a scenario involving a CCM 4.1(3) cluster. I'm trying to configure Attendant Console with queuing feature. The issue is that Pilot Point doesn't work. If I dial the pilot number, the call is rejected. There're users logged in, they are online and CallControl is up. I discovered that performance counter CcmLineLinkState is "11" (that is, right) in the publisher, but is "1" in the subscriber. I restarted TCD and CTI Manager services in both servers and the situation was the same. The database replication is all right.
