Attendant Console: CcmLineLinkState performance counter

Hi all.

I have a scenario involving a CCM 4.1(3) cluster. I'm trying to configure Attendant Console with queuing feature. The issue is that Pilot Point doesn't work. If I dial the pilot number, the call is rejected. There're users logged in, they are online and CallControl is up. I discovered that performance counter CcmLineLinkState is "11" (that is, right) in the publisher, but is "1" in the subscriber. I restarted TCD and CTI Manager services in both servers and the situation was the same. The database replication is all right.

Has anybody any idea about the problem?

Thank you very much.

Re: Attendant Console: CcmLineLinkState performance counter

Hi Martin,

Could you please post the ccmtrace file,

I remember some similar issues, in which that DN (pilot point) is existing in DigitAnalysis but got unregistered in PID, this is causing the reorder tone.

If you go through the CCM trace, you will find something like:

Digit analysis: wait_DmPidErr -Name=Unregistered

All this after the PP number is matched.

Let us know.

Thanks

HTH

Gonzalo
