Attendant Console - client session stopped

We have 3 AC's, usually only one logged in at time.

problem is that intermittantly it will pass calls to the nightbell(last entry in the hunt group - for when they are logged off)

when you check the client, shows logged in, have shut down client and restart and works again for a period of time.

this happens on all of them

found a bug CSCDX53761 - their work around is log out and log back in

Not the anser I'm looking for

any offering is appreciated

What is the AC version that you are using? CSCdx53761 is resolved in AC version 1.1.2a. You can find 1.1.3 in software center now.
