Attendant Console - Delay when answering or transfering
I have recently started to see an issue with AC where when a new call is answered (phone goes off-hook)it takes roughly 1-2 seconds before the connection is actualy made. The same indication occurs when AC users attempt to transfer calls.
We are running CCM 4.02asr3. Ther have been no changes to the network. I placed a sniffer on the network and am seeing some slightly high broadcast traffic (from specific applications), but nothing that really concerns me.
I know this is a very small amount of info to go on, but I appreciate any help.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
