attendant console directory

Hello to everyone!

I have problem not seeing users in AC directory window,

Status is:

*created users for hunt group, pilot and everything else

*configured ac user and associated devices

* call controll is up users are online

but directory window is empty

can't see department, can't see anyone

Any solutions!?

Do you have any access-lists between the segment your attendant console PC is on and your CallManagers?

no access lists

do you have assigned the phone numbers (Field: Telephone Numbers:) in corporate directory to users?

be sure that directory reload interval is not "0" on the AC Client Settings.

I would check on the ccm the directory:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\UserLists there is a file called: corporatedirectory.txt. delete it and you will see your directory again on the ac client.
