We are having an issue that I've been able to narrow down to Attendant Console Client users, version 1.4(1).
When they are on the phone and another call comes in, it will actually disconnect the current call and pick-up the new one. It happens when the calls are coming in on the same lines. Auto-answer is turned off and each line can take more than 2 calls.
