Attendant console DN routing

Hello,

I am trying to use AC huntgroup to route to different DNs. When I try to add the DN it says invalid DN, but the DN exists and it is in the correct partition. I am using ccm4.1(3)sr2

any ideas....

Have seen this error before, but in earlier versions.

DOnt remember a report for the one you are using.

This DN is a Line for an IP phone?

No Unassigned DN?

Try recreating the Hunt Group.

Or re-adding it.

I tried recreating the huntgroup, yes the DN is part of the IP phone.

So other DNs works fine just the one DN you mention is the problem? try deleting the DN and recreate the line again. if this doesnt help: restart the TCD Service and try again.

i can't add any DNs, i have tried restarting TCD and CCM server
