Attendant Console does not always show when people are on the phone.

Any ideas on why. One minute if some guy is on the phone, it will show his line as busy and the next minute when he is still on the phone it won't (not necessarily the same call). I also own Berbee's Busy lamp Field and that seems to work all the time. It's not just one phone either, it's multiple lines.

You are most likely running into a known bug with CCM 3.2(1)

which is fixed in 3.2(2). The 3.2(2) release is likely to be

released in the very near future.

The incorrect line state is shown for phones that have homed

into different CallManager systems at different times.

I'm running 3.13a. I have had this problem with all previous versions also. Could this be related to the same thing.
