Hi all,
Im stuck with this problem. Some User are having problems with the AC. Login is fine, the "Dial" Button is not activated until clicking somewhere on the boxes (call control,broadcast cal..etc) (is that normal?). When
Dial Button became activated->entering a dialing number...the error above pops up.
I did the following and it didnt help:
-devices association (deactivated/reactivated them)
-putting AC on the Publisher IP
-deactivating Windows Firewall on the User PC.
I logged from my PC with the account of one User who have the Prb with AC and it workes fine. So i think it has something to do with his PC.
Any advice please??

Got it working.
Under advanced Attendant Setting
"Call Processing Server Host Names or IP Adresses" was set to other Callmanager on a remote Site.

I have the same problem.Changed the setting which you mentioned above.Still no luck.

Please check the max number of lines and Busy trigger settings on the device in CUCM.
