I have working on ccm 4.0(2). I have installed a attendant console on 3 pc's.All three attendant Console are getting the error on every incoming call causes error box "Failed to make a new call"

The error:
"Failed to make a new call"
Happens when you dial the Pilot Point number or the Attendant console DN, or when you initiate a call from the AC application?
I would check Calling Search Spaces.
What is the status of the AC clients? ONLINE?

I have checked the calling search space is correct..
The AC users are online.., There are three ac client and all three are facing the same issue..
