Is there a Cisco Attendant console software for CME?

Has anyone used this:

You can by ArcConsole through Cisco now. Contact your local Cisco reseller. Its now resold by Cisco as part of the Solutions Plus bundle!

Hi there

There is no drag & drop functionality for transfers at the moment, although the majority of the call control functions can be performed from the mouse, as well as the keyboard
